Inventory builder greets you with a few choices when its first started. Among the options are add a new item(through which you catalog everything), print your stored items, search for a specific item, find a barcode, or view a chart.

Some of the data you can store in inventory builder includes item lists of things you own, bar codes for those items, their appraised value, and pictures of the items you've cataloged. The programs' interface is very clean and user friendly and there is a place to store about any information you'd like for your valuables. If there is a field of information the program does not ask for that you want included then you can also add that through the 'user defined fields' tab so nothing gets left out.
