The program is very simple to use and only requires filling in the fields you want. There aren't a lot of extra bells and whistles here the program simply catalogs tickets and offers you the options to search through the catalog you create or print the records.

If you need this type of software it works fine and isn't over priced there also isn't a lot more to it so if you are looking for something with lots of extras you may want to look else where.
