XP Repair professional is a program for fixing windows errors. At least that is what it claims.

It allowed me to run a 'repair errors' scan but then told me I needed to register in order to actually fix problems it supposedly found. I then did the 'optimize system' scan and it did let me complete that however I didn't notice any big boost in my systems performance.

I should mention it also includes a registry editor and system backup tool but it seems the system backup tool is nothing more then a glorified interface for the windows system restore tool.

All in all the program fails to perform at least in the demo version, there is just nothing to see here that even makes it worth the download.

While it does include a help file I don't see what good it will do if you can't even use the program. If you decide to purchase this beast of a program its $37, personally I'd keep looking for something better.
