Download/HomepageEasyDVDX is supposed to be a program to make one for one DVD
backups. I went to their site, and downloaded the file from the url they
provided to us.
To give you some idea of how suspicious I was I went and used an online virus
scanner on the thing, as well as the one I run locally before I popped open the
zip file.
Lets face it when was the last time you saw a 100kb DVD backup program? Guess
what, its not happening when I opened it, all that was in it what a copy of
their home page. There is apparently no trial version of their program or if
there is its well hidden under the merry-go-round type website. All links on it
either lead to a info page or the order page but there is no real trial link in
sight.
What is my point and why bother to review something like this? Well, I figure
(as does my editor here at
SharewareJunkies.com) that we have to let you know about the good and the
bad. This folks, is the bad stay far far away I sense a scam.
