The installation of Life Poster Maker is easy and intuitive. You can place the program files where you want them.

When you start the free download version the first screen that comes up is this one:
Life Poster Maker is free to use. All posters created with LPM are printed through a service we work with. If you would like the ability to print posters
using your own service or your own printer you can purchase a copy that will allow you to do this. Please check the program's documentation for more details or click the Buy Now button in the program itself to purchase either a poster you have created or a copy of the program.

This version of Life Poster Maker will allow you to create your posters and print a preview on an 8.5" x 11" page or allow you to order and upload any
poster after it has been purchased. Click the Order Poster button for more details on ordering posters. You will not be able to export a poster for printing using another service with the free version of Life Poster Maker.

Then you go right into the New Poster Wizard. You start by picking out the size of the poster and the layout. There are 3 sizes built in. They are 8" X 11", 11" X 14", 24" X 36" and there is the ability to create custom sizes.

Along with those pre-set sizes there are pre-defined templates that you will greatly simplify the creation of your creative masterpiece. To tryout the program I picked 11" X 14" and one of the predefined template. Then a couple of windows popped up, one with the layout of my template, the other this Photo Enhancements window:

Here is what that is all about:
You can enhance each photo individually by giving it a shape, outline, shadow, tilting and a caption. Each photo can be enhanced differently. They do not all have to have the same border or shape. You can also have a calendar drawn over a photo or in a cell on its own.

Ok, let me be frank. Before I downloaded and tried out Life Poster Maker I figured what I was going to get was a simple piece of software that just allowed me some basic layout of photos and then somehow print them out. Well I was wrong, Life Poster Maker is The Real Deal, with it you could easily go into the poster making business. I mean with Life Poster Maker you can alter the photos in many ways to enhance them, modify the shapes, add captions, and even place a calendar on an image! You can tilt images, crop, you can rotate them and also add borders. You can pick different background colors.

Add to this that it truly is intuitive and you have something that is truly spectacular!

So don't let me keep you any longer if you have the slightest inclination to make one poster or thousands you want Life Poster Maker go get it!
