Screenrest is a small program which reminds you to take breaks from your computer. When you start screenrest the first time you are greeted by a wizard.

The first screen of which asks you to choose if you'd like to enter a time period after which to be reminded or if you'd like the program to monitor your activity and decide when you need rest. I chose to enter a time interval. I was then brought to a screen asking me to set a time after which id be asked to rest . If I wanted to I could also choose whether or not to cancel the rest breaks. If I wanted to make sure someone took a break(my hypothetical child for example) I would set the timer to an hour, then uncheck the box for 'allow rest breaks to be canceled'.

All together the program is solid and one of the most easy to use I've encountered yet. It does its job and that's the bottom line here.

If you need a program to make sure you don't get too absorbed this one is okay and at a fair price.
