The installation of QTTabBar is a bit tricky so follow the directions on the website. After it is installed you will have to reboot. Then follow the directions in the manual file located

What you get is a widget sort of a thing whose main feature is that you can have tabs on Windows Explorer. There are a couple of other little tools there too that will make your Windows Explorer use easier. They also have QT Tab Desktop Tool, but that wouldn't run on my system.

In conclusion, well what can I say? Yes it is kind of neat and useful to have web browser type tabs on Windows Explorer. Though the install and setup is a bit tedious. It is free though..
