UltimeDefrag is a program for de-fragmenting your hard drive.
The program starts up with a circular display of the hard drive and then allows
you to set options. It took a few seconds to analyze my system after me telling
it to, then set about de fragmenting the hard disk. I don't really run defrag
much, I don't need to as my system does well enough most of the time without it.
I can say though that after about 35 minutes the defrag was done and my system
did seem a little bit faster.
Everything in the program is laid out in push buttons which are labeled so
getting lost here would be hard. All in all, the program does what it claims it
cleans up your hard drive and in doing so makes your system and applications run
faster and smoother.
The price here is more then a little overboard, but the program works well
leaving it mediocre overall and probably best to pass on for something else that
does the same or more for less money out of pocket.
