Mailing list express is a tool for mass communication with members of an email list or group.

When you run the program your brought to the main screen. From the main screen you can add a list then edit the list or compose and send a message to everyone on the list. If you've used software like this before you won't have any problems as everything is pretty much standard.

The program does work, but there are no extra bells and whistles and everything is pretty drab. The thought that springs to my mind is it would be nice if this was skinable. No such luck I'm afraid.

If you need a very basic email program to send mail to a lot of people this one is okay and the price is pretty standard for programs like it. If on the other hand you are looking for a program with lots of extras you'll probably want to keep looking because this isn't it.
