Anyone who uses MS Outlook for scheduling and organization on the job will find that EfficientPIM is the personal home equivalent. The main feature of the software is the calendar, viewable by day, week or month. To each day you can add color-coded events or. The column on the left side of the window contains shortcuts to list views of these items as well. You can also use the program to keep a diary, make yourself notes, manage a list of your favorite websites along with any login information, maintain a contact list (which you can easily import as a CSV file from most email programs), and last but certainly not least, as a password manager. The password manager will also store ftp account information, email account information (including server names and authentication type) and software registration codes.

To top it all off, the software comes with its own recycle bin so that you can restore any accidental deletions. It also gives you the ability to export any of the data as a cleanly formatted HTML file.

I work full time and have recently gone back to college, so I have been trying different planners to help me manage my time and responsibilities. Every program that I try seems to be lacking in one way or another. EfficientPIM is the software that I have been looking for. It fulfills all of my needs and then some. I was able to uninstall three different programs from my computer because this one took the place of them all.
