Ok here is the deal with PaperPort Pro you are going to be able to import store
and manipulate documents in ways that are not only intuitive but easy to use.
You organize your documents in folders by categories that you can define, then
you can easily find them plus manipulate them. You can easily scan documents
into your PaperPort Pro folders then make them into PDF's that almost anyone can
then read.
However what i like best about PaperPort Pro is the form filler. You can take
any form scan it with PaperPort Pro then drag it into the Form Filler ( they
call it Form Typer) program. Push a button and it finds the fields in the form.
If it misses some you can manually insert them.
In conclusion, sort of pricey but worth it.
