The installation of Konvertor is easy and intuitive, you can place the program files where you want them. Konvertor comes in these flavors English, German, Portuguese, Italian and French. Take a look at this screenshot, there you will start to get an idea of how well thought out Konvertor is, first of all you are in control of where the shortcuts are added (one of my pet peeves) you also get options about how you want Konvertor to look with the Themes selection and you can even set it up for use on removable media.
