The installation of SmartToolkit is easy and intuitive, you can place the program files either on a storage card or your device.

The hardest part of dealing with SmartToolkit may be for you to find the most up to date version, since it is freeware the author really can't be blamed for not paying much attention to it. SmartToolkit appears to have been around since 2007 so it has a proven track record.

The one Big Thing that SmartToolkit does is give you a scrolling task bar like in Vista. That is really nice. It also includes a clipboard function and a clock screensaver that you can use when the when the keys are locked. You can also use the numeric keypad to navigate.

So SmartToolkit is the real deal and it's free so why don't you go and get it?
