Within that directory is a ready to go link submission form which when sent by the user alerts you to the new submission by email. You can then fire up Zeus and approve or reject submissions either using one of the pre-populated template emails.

Zeus will require approximately 2 to 4 hours, of your time, to initially train and become comfortable using him.
