The installation of DeduplicationWizard is easy and intuitive, you can place the program files where you want them. You have a number of language choices for DeduplicationWizard. They are English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. You are informed when you start DeduplicationWizard that the trial version is limited in that it will not process what it finds. Though if you ask, the company will provide you with a temporary key so that you can process. You can't ask for more than that.

To test DeduplicationWizard I had it compare two Excel files that I knew were almost the same so that I could see how fast it would find the duplicates. There were just over 1,000 records in each file. It took DeduplicationWizard less than one second to find the 670 duplicate files.

So what can you DeduplicationWizard once it has found these duplicates? Well it will save the results just as DeduplicationWizard has found them, it will also give you a printable form of the matching results or the duplicate records. You can also save the results in various data formats. You can also delete the duplicate files in the source file. Plus you can save all of the records that would not be deleted or save the records from the source file that would be deleted. There are a number of other ways too.

In conclusion if you need to clean out your database files and effectively then deal with the data DeduplicationWizard is for you. It is fast, has lots of ways to manipulate, print and use the results. What more could you ask for?
