Bubble Bobble, and several variations came out in the 90's and it was a fun game for the whole family.

The earliest version was just played with bubbles, this one is a variation played with little dragons, and monsters. To kill the monsters before they kill you, you need to blow a bubble at them, which catches them, then you must pop the bubble before they are floating for too long or the bubble will break. Course then there is the Ghost, you can't hurt him, so all you can do is run.

I originally thought this was 3 different games, it is actually 3 episodes, each with a different look, but still based on the same game. Each level has a different pattern of shelves, and there is a lot of stuff around to be picked up. There is food, which gives you extra points, and there are bonuses, like a pair of shoes that make you faster, different balloons that mess with the monsters, a clock that keeps off the ghost for awhile, and more.

Registering this game gets you 350 levels, over 500 new bonuses, and the ability to use the level password and cheat codes. The level password would be great if you were on level 300 say, and didn't want to start over.

While this game is easy enough for kids, even adults will have a bit of fun with it.
