Download/HomepageChimp! is a must have program for everyone. I downloaded this file, installed it, used it and registered it all in the same day. This is a shareware program that is not crippled in any way, and does not nag you constantly. You have 90 days to evaluate the program.
Now to tell you a little about it! It is a memo pad type program. The unique thing about this program that I like so much is that it is Internet enabled. It sits quietly in you system tray, not taking up very much space.
It’s ready when you need it. You don’t have to scramble around to get something to paste into...I used to find myself doing that a lot...no more. This review is being written from the notes I’ve taken using Chimp!, really neat way to get everything right!
Things you can do with it are as follows: You can store file paths and launch applications via the file’s own context menu by right clicking. You can store and launch URL’s when you highlight the URL and right click on it.
There can be multiple tabbed topics like URL’s, To-Do, Quotes for the Day, like I do, one for Review Information.
You need not worry about saving, you can easily set up the program to save at your specified time limits. i.e. every 5 minutes, 10 min. etc. It comes with full install and uninstalled programs, they work flawlessly. You have full print capabilities, but if you only want to print one of your tabbed sets, you must highlight what you want printed. This is a little annoying but I find this is easy to get around, can’t have everything!
