When starting the program you get a splash screen
followed by the window displaying the first record in the current
database. Here you can add, delete, or cycle through the records
of the current open database. The fields in the record includes
Name, Company, Email, Job Title, Dept., URL, Site Title &
Description, Last Visited, Phone 1 & 2, Cellular, Fax,
Category 1, 2, & 3 (user can define), Address Fields,
Comments, Created, Last Contacted, and Mark. There is also the
option of user defined fields which includes birthday and etc.
Adding, Deleting, and Importing Databases is simple. You can view
lists of all the records in the data base or query to find
specific records.
The program doesn't stop there however it also has tabs for
Email, Links, Activity, User Fields, Contacts, Notes, and
Documents. The Email shows sent, received and queued emails. The
links lets you add or view URL title, URL, description, created,
and last accessed date. You define your own activities and user
fields. You add your own notes and documents.
This is a very extensive program for data basing you contacts. A
lot of it is self explanatory but you will need to view the help
in some areas. The help file however does not open like other
help files it opens the help files in Internet Explorer. Overall
it seems to be a very easy program to use in most areas. You
can't beat free but if you are running low on hard drive space I
wouldn't recommend it if you have a small contact list or very
little internet activity that you want to keep track of.
