Diablo allows the player to immerse himself into an amazing 3D world, full
of evil creatures to fight and dark ruins to explore. Build your character, talk to the
towns folk, and embark upon a terrifyingly fun quest against evil.
The greatest difference between this and a common RPG/Adventure game are the awesome
multimedia effects. Rich sounds and 3D graphics make playing Diablo a truly awesome
experience. If you tire of playing by yourself, play in multi-player mode by modem, serial
link, IPX network, or Battle.net
In the demo you are limited to playing the first two levels of the cathedral, but after
you've played the game for a while you'll see it is well worth shelling out the 50 bucks
for the retail version, available on CD. The biggest drawback with the demo version is the
long download time, the file is huge. Also, in the demo version, you are unable to talk to
the residents of the town and are only able to choose one class for your character.
