This was an easily installed program. It only took about 1.5 minutes with the enclosed install wizard. It created its own directories and icons. The icon buttons were very self-explanatory, but the help file wasnt much in the way of how to get started. They seem to presume that you already know what HTML is and what all the tags mean. There are a lot of typos in the .htm help files that sound like translation errors, borne out by their use of the spelling "checque". Registration reminder is the first thing that comes up, and the unregistered version is limited to editing the first 80 lines only.
You are able to export the file without the HTML tags as a TXT file in Notepad, which I liked for keeping on disk and being easier to read. They have a user tag list with the start and ending tags, and a description of each, but there are not many, and only quite simple ones. I did like that you could change the fonts in the editor and the viewer, and make the fonts any one of 16 colors. I also especially appreciated the WYSIWYG Table editor. You dont have to bother with all the table row and cell tags, just type it in! I thought that this program was easy to use, and very quick, although it could have used a more complete help file. It would be a great program for someone at home.
