Download/HomepageEZ Scheduler is a program to schedule times to launch programs or
reminders. When you start EZ Scheduler you have the option to Add Task, Edit Task, Delete
Task, or Run Now. It also has a list of task if there is any. Adding a task is simple it
will walk you thru it step by step.
When you click on Add Task a window pops up giving you the choice of I want to run a
program or I want to display a reminder. Simply choose one and click next. The next window
lets you choose from When Windows Starts, Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Other.
What you choose here will bring up an appropriate window for example choosing Once brings
up the window where you choose the time and date you want to run the task, choosing Other
brings up a window thats says "I want to run it every __!ask. Then you are back at
the main window just minimize it (it does minimize to the system tray) and rest assured at
the appointed time your task will be completed. Under options set it up where it starts
every time windows starts.
I really like this program. It is small and easy to use and accomplishes the same thing
that it usually requires to two programs to accomplish. Best of all it is free!! American
Systems does have an ad for their other programs scrolling across the bottom of the main
window but it is not distracting.
