I found this program to be moderately fast. Some of it's features are image previewing,
transparencies, animated GIF's, slide show and multiple images. It will let you categorize
your images in any of 30 user defined categories.

GV supports BMP, CUR, GIF, GROB, ICO, JPG, PCX, PPM, TGA, and TIF format images. What I liked
about this program is that the files do not even need the correct extension for Graphic Viewer
to recognize and read them.

Graphics Viewer also supports twain compliant devices such as scanners and digital cameras.

You have 10 days to try this software after which you must register it!
