I guess anyone who is a SharewareJunkie needs an icon extractor. This one isn't bad, although you can only save to .ICO files. However, you can copy it to the clipboard and save it using the built in paint program found in Win95.

Quick and easy to use. Also fun to pick out icons with (if you like that sort of fun).
