This program will blow you away, its got over 500 tools that you can use to modify the graphics
you are working with. You can create your own backgrounds, banners, animation's for use on the
web or for that matter anywhere you may desire. Its got scanner and plugin
facilities(Impressionist plugin comes with the package) and if you have downloaded the Gif
animator you can access this from within the program. A plus is that you can e-mail your work
directly from here. The interface is standard windows with toolbars that can be modified and it
will work with something like 30 - 40 different File formats etc. The help on this program is
also very comprehensive and even a novice will be able to create or modify graphics with ease.
