This program is like an internet address book with extras. It has 4
databases; address, e-mail, server, and homepage. The address section has the normal name
address, city and state; and sections for a home phone, business phone, fax number, cell
phone, and a pager number. It also has a dialer, an a button, that when registered will
send e-mail.
The e-mail database has room for the account name, user name, e-mail address and password,
and a IN_POP3 and a OUT_SMTP section.
The server database has room for the server name, host name, diag_IP, diag_pert,
frequency, DSN_IP, dial-up, and alt dial-up; also an FTP server, news server, and time
server, and an in and out box.
The homepage database has a home server, home URL, username and password, and also a FTP
site, a FTP_upload and a http-file transfer section and a last_up section. All four
databases come with a find or search button, and a nav. bar which deals with entering and
editing records. If you put the mouse pointer on the nav bar button, the name of it will
appear under the nav bar so you don't push something you didn't want.
There is also a calendar, that sets itself by your pc calendar at the end for your
convenience, and each database comes with a notes section, so you can keep whatever kind
of notes on any records you have.
There is also a back-up [to 3.5] and restore feature for each database, so you don't run
the risk of losing your data.
So do you do a lot of business on the internet? Have you found that the address book isn't
very good for these kinds of addresses? Then this program will really help out a lot and
if you register you will get the next version for half price and a "few added
features for free."
