It's Time is an easy to use reminder program. When you start the program you get a window that has a Reminder tab and a Repeat Reminder tab. To add a reminder click new then type in the text you want to appear, type in the time, and click a day. You can set the options which includes Show Message and Play Sound, Only Show Message, Only Play Sound, or Do Nothing. You can specify the sound file (wav) that you want it to play. It comes with 5 sound files or you can use you own. There is even instructions and suggestions for making your own sound file. If you don't want to set all the options just click save. If you change your mind you can also click cancel. When the reminder pops up you get a window with the text that you entered and the choice or having the program to remind you again in 5, 10, or 30 minutes or in 1, 2, 4 or 24 hours, or in 1 week. You can also choose delete to delete the reminder.

Using the Repeat Reminders is just example with the only changes is you don't choose an exact date instead you choose the days (Monday through Sunday) or All Days. Therefore if you only need a reminder on Tuesday and Thursday just click on those days. You can choose to have the alarm/reminder play once per day or repeat every so many minutes. If you lose track of time like me you can use this option to have a chime play every hours by clicking on all days typing in the next hour (i.e. 5:00) and choosing sound only in options.

Other choices in the main window includes Edit, Delete, Clone (Reminder tab only), Adjust Time, Minimize, and Exit. The choices under file are Select Default Sound File, No Reminder Sound, Minimize to System Tray (this must be checked or the program minimizes to the task bar) and Import from It's Time 1.x. The help is well written but you shouldn't have to use it. You can register via online, phone, fax, email, or snail mail to receive unlimited free upgrades to new versions.
