Well, this is just about the best jigsaw puzzle game I have ever seen. The
shareware version comes with 10 different pictures; that can be opened up at default
settings, [about 40 pieces] easy, [about 35 pieces] medium, [about 100 pieces] and hard,
[about 250 pieces]. There is also a custom setting that allows you to specify the amount
of pieces between 4-4000 pieces. There are also 14 midis that come with the shareware
version, to listen to while you work your puzzle.
If you want to register this program, there is a standard edition, which is the full
version plus 10 extra puzzles on diskette for $25; a Deluxe edition, which is the full
version plus 20 extra puzzles on diskette for $29; and a CD-Rom Gold edition, which is the
full version plus 130extra puzzles on a CD disk plus 2 bonus adventure games besides, for
$39! [such a deal]. There is a $4 shipping & handling charge with any of these
options.
One of the best parts of this program is the trays. They come in color and you can have as
many as you want, so you can sort pieces by color, size, or whatever; and not worry about
losing them or piling them on top of each other or the puzzle you've worked so far.
You can save puzzles you have started, turn on a timer, to make life really interesting,
and EASILY make your own from your own images. All you need is an image in either BMP,
JPG, PCX, MAC, TGA, or WPG. The directions are easy to follow, and in just about 30
seconds [well, maybe a minute] I had a brand new jigsaw puzzle, I made myself.
Do you like puzzles, but don't like the dogs/cats/kids stepping on it or the old man
setting something on it cause you've got it all over the kitchen table? Do you like a
certain kind of puzzle, but they never seem to make enough of the kind you like? Then,
give it up! This programs for you. Its, easy, convenient, and at this price, there's not a
store in the world that could compete!
