Keno Casino is a simulated Las Vegas Casino game for Windows 95. Since I
like playing video keno, I thought this would be a fun desktop rendition of the same. I
was sadly disappointed by the performance of this game, and couldn't wait to uninstall it
from my system. On the positive side, the graphics were adequate and there were a lot of
options as to what keno games you want to play.
On the negative side, the sound effects were annoying at best, even after I turned off the
background music. Then there's the sound effects while you play. You get the rattling of
the keno balls, a nasal-sounding old lady calling out the keno numbers, assorted grunts
and groans if you lose, applause, etc. if you win. The game was rather slow and tedious to
play, and had none of the charm of either actual video keno or other gambling software
games I have played.
