Download/HomepageMM Player is a program for playing your multimedia files. Supported
formats include mid, rmi, wav, snd, aif, aiff, aifc, avi, mov, qt, mpg, dat, mp2, mp3,
fli, flc, mod, nst, wow, okt, stm, s3m, 669, far, mtm, and xm. Some of the formats may
require drivers you don't have installed however the help file will tell you where to get
the drivers you may need.
Being able to play to play so many different formats from one program makes this a good
program but the additional features makes it a great program. Features include Favorite
Play Lists, Undo and Redo support, A Find feature, fully customizable toolbars, status
bars and keyboard shortcuts, the ability to hide portions of the interface, a single play
button, an internal list of what items have been played, can optionally start playing the
last played item on startup, "Loop Song Once" and "Loop Song Forever"
options, the ability to disable AutoPlay in the Play List, Random Play, can specify a
delay between items, Floating Palette, and so much more.
This is really a great program for playing your multimedia files including your CD's. You
can play the files in the order you want to play them. My favorite feature is the ability
to play the files in the background while you are doing other things without it slowing
down your system. The easy to use interface makes it a great program even for novices.
