This program allows those of us who still do not have a sound card to be able to hear the
really cool .wav files available on the Internet.
It uses the PC's internal speakers to create sounds that are almost as quality as having a
sound card.

A down side to this though is you get a strange sound to test the speaker on windows boot up
every so often. Also the sound quality of peoples voices in the .wav formats are very bad.

The installation process is also very simple. Download the 22k file onto a floppy disk and
decompress. Then go into the drivers part of the windows control panel and click add. From
there, it installs itself very quickly.

I recommend this program to anyone who has Windows 3.1 or 3.11 and does not need a sound board, but wants to hear the really neat sounds available to the public that Windows has to offer.
