This is a program for making your own Screen Saver. They have a Personal Edition and a Professional Edition. You run the program and right click to get to the editor. There you can add you own pictures. It supports JPEG, GIFS (normal and animated), and BMP images. You can also add your own sound files. It supports WAV and MID files.

There are a lot of options to customize how the images and music appear in your screen saver. There are also slide show options. The shareware version allows a 15 day evaluation period and only allows you to add 5 of your own images. You are also allowed 5 sound files. The difference between editions is the personal edition is supposed to be to make screen savers for your own use and the professional edition allows you do distribute your screen saver to others. I am not totally sure on this though.
