It's actually an Explorer add-on. Once installed, go in to
Windows Explorer and right click on any image file, you get a
thumbnail of the respective image, plus your usual right click
menu options. By clicking the thumbnail you can enlarge the
respective image to its normal size.
This is one utility you must have, 'cause it saves a lot of time
opening browsers and viewing those images. And that's not all,
you can set the respective image as your wallpaper, print the
image or convert the image into a BMP or JPG format, all with
just one right click on the image file.
