Well this is a real, real nice paint program. First off, if you see words that don't look right, don't panic! This program has a German language compiler, so you don't need to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out what umsch means-ignore it [unless of course you speak German!]

It says that you can paint your own animated cursors, create your own games, using spritedesigner; and improve your web page using animations and images; but, to start with, DON'T do anything real complicated because without registration, you can't save anything!

This, however , is also not a program for someone who doesn't already know something about what they're doing. The help files come up normally, or as you do anything, then press F1 and the specific area you're in will come up. Its just that some of the more special commands aren't explained, for beginners.

It does automatically open to a small view, with a magnified window right next to it, and you can see what your doing in both windows, instead of having to zoom and then click back and forth. I think it would be an excellent program for someone with intermediate knowledge of graphics and animation.

Some of the things it has that I don't have the foggiest idea what they mean are a lighttable, an AntiAlias function, a keyframer, and 2 dither methods. Now I know I'm out of my depth; I've never had a firm grasp on one dither function.

This is a great program, however, start out with a beginners program, and remember where you saw this, so you can come back.
