This program will make frequently copied and
pasted text easy to handle. For example I use a template for
reviewing programs several times a day. For each new review I
have to copy and paste this template into a new text file.
QuickCopy has made this task easy for me. All I did was start
QuickCopy (the first time you use it the setup menu automatically
come up) I typed Review Template in the Menu Name box and clicked
on browse and selected the template text file and the path and
file name appeared in the File Path box and then clicked save. I
closed setup and right clicked on QuickCopy's icon in the system
tray and then clicked on Review Template and it automatically
copied the template text to the clip board so all I had to do is
right click in t he document where I wanted it to go and choose
paste. There it was right where I wanted it.
This program is simple to use just start it and left click on the
icon to enter setup where you can add, delete or edit the text
files you want to appear on the menu or right click on the icon
to choose the file you want copied to the clipboard. There is
plenty of help including context sensitive help but this program
is so easy to use you shouldn't need it. All your menu items are
in alphabetical order to make them easy to find. Setup options
are Add, Remove and Edit. You also can choose whether or not you
want a sound to play when the file is copied to the clipboard
successfully.
You can use the unregistered version of this program 25 times.
You can register this program via phone, CompuServe, or snail
mail to get rid of the nag screen and to use it beyond the 25
time limit. This program requires VB40032.DLL.
