Download/HomepageSplash Manager allows you to create lists of related files, and then assign a "Target File" to each list. This allows you to do things like update your Desktop Wallpaper, or your Windows 95 startup and shutdown splash screens, your startup WAV file sound, or whatever else you can think of. There's even a built-in scheduler. Splash Manager will also help you create new splash screens for Windows 95 during startup and shutdown. Splash Manager has its own install/uninstall program, on-line help, printed docs, and several sample system splash screens. Nice to have running when you don't have a lot of time to spend on your logos.
