When I decided to take a look to Table of Contents (TOC), I wasn’t so sure to be really the right person to review it. I am not a web pages developer and it seemed to me that the program was instead addressed just to this category. After starting it, however, I saw the light! TOC can become a powerful tool to explore your HD, besides its ability to display HTML files like the web pages they represent. TOC, by means a pretty and easy-to-use interface organizes your local files in HTML lists, readable by your favourite browser and browsable just like, for example, an ftp directory. Like in an ftp directory you can navigate through subdirectories (how many depends on you), files, view their content but, very important (and foolproof) you can’t edit, change or delete anything, preventing yourself from trashing your PC, with the simple click of your mouse. You can look, better not touch baby!
