First of all the install of this program went like a dream, no sound card setups to worry about, it gave you the option of where to install it, then when it had finished, you just click on the icon and the game starts.

Our story begins with a visit to Uncle Julius - that famous scientist and adventurer - at his house in the country. The bus brings you to his door - but Uncle Julius isn't there! It turns out that he's managed to land himself in some pretty serious trouble, and it's up to you to come to the rescue!

At first glance, this appears to be a simple children's game..
I can see why they call this a family game, it could take the whole family to figure out what or how to do the next puzzle. The combination locks at the beginning of the game are a case in point, not only do you have to figure out the combinations you must figure out the principals behind the reason why you can't see all the numbers on the combination lock.

(Stolen from their web page)
Try out Uncle Julius' home computer, then take a spin on the Anywhere Machine itself! Enter a contest in the local newspaper, visit the auction, test your knowledge in a science quiz, go flying in a hot-air balloon... and lots more - all in the sample version! If you like it as much as we think you will, it only takes a few minutes to obtain your registration code and unlock the complete game: you don't need to download anything else!

This game has lots of twists and turn, you can save games and resume them later, believe me you will need to. I recommend it for a way to keep the family away from the tube and using their minds.
