Probably the closest anybody can get in creating a Microsoft Word look alike. Its got almost all the functions that MS Word has, also its interface looks very much like Word. The best part is, its small in size and servers its purpose. It's complete with spell check utility. The registered version also comes with a thesaurus.

Wordexpress supports almost all-popular documents and text file formats. Some of the other features include OLE object and image manipulation, creating text effects, document manager, drag and drop support for OLE objects and printing documents, a never ending list of features.

What's really amazing about Wordexpress is that of its size. Its got every feature that you can possibly think off, just inside 4MB. The shareware version is valid only for 30days, from the day you install. If your desktop publishing needs are limited then Wordexpress will do the trick.
