Hexen is a 3D game that follows the tradition of Doom and its predecessors. Hexen is also the sequel to Heretic, which has created around the time of Doom, (1994.) The "Back of the Box" description is really eye-catching. Beyond Evil. Beyond Hope, Beyond Heretic. Beyond and 3D game ever created.

This description is rather truthful because Hexen, which came out originally as a beta 3 or so years ago was, and still may be one of the greatest 3D games ever created. It is certainly the greatest sequel! You can choose from 3 characters, a Warrior, Cleric, and a Mage, each has its own powers and weaknesses. The warrior is strong, uses powerful weapons and is fast, but has no magic. The Mage has powerful and destructive magic powers, but is weak, and the Cleric is a combination of both. Each character can find and use 5 or so weapons that create mass destruction!

Hexen for Windows 95 has better graphics, improved performance, and supports high resolution up to 640x480. Hexen is a great game and all gamers should try this game out sooner of later.
