This nifty little piece of software will read your ICQ messages to you outloud with the help of MSAgent and the Merlin character. Really cute if you don't want to sit in front of the screen waiting for IM's(instant messages) to pop up. You can phonetically teach it to say new words.

I recommend a 133+ processor for best performance, few bugs with the date of stored messages but they still store correctly in your ICQ history. This small file will start a larger download of MSAgent and character if they are not already installed on your PC. Then after installed will run automatically the first time. Run again by clicking on the same icon that is downloaded first.
