Sure, there may be lots of cut-n-paste boosters out there, but QuickPhrase
is a new freeware app from the makers of TypingMaster that gives a boost to the word
"simple."
QuickPhrase lets you define and insert up to 10 phrases or words you frequently use. The
beauty of it is its system-tray accessibility -- or you can use your own predefined
hotkeys too. It requires almost no RAM to let run in the background, and is a mere dot in
your disk storage too. So, QuickPhrase is a thrifty alternative to your bigger macro
program for those little, repetitive insertions you make throughout the course of a
workday.
I find QuickPhrase the perfect solution to my Outlook Express "problem." That
is, my email client supports multiple email/news accounts -- but only one signature.
QuickPhrase to the rescue. It's even faster than fishing around my beloved clipboard
program. It's free, it's simple, so my suggestion is: Go get it! I love this thing.
