or not. It makes it easy to customize any desktop with a choice of styles to fit any
personality. And it's so easy to use that even a beginner can do it. The principle behind
it is in the use of shelves and dividers like a bookcase, allowing you to separate
everything into groups or clusters and gives you total flexibility in design.
Download and installation are simple and the tutorial is excellent. I had 2 new and
totally different desktops up and running in about 20 minutes with all my icons neatly
labeled and separated so I can find them without sending out a search party. You can have
several screens for yourself and each user can have their own screens separate from yours
for true individualism. You can even place photos or graphics on the desktop complete with
picture frames!
Neat! is available in the download version or in CD Rom form, for a slightly higher price.
Check the Neat! website for the current price as both versions were on sale when I logged
onto the site. And upgrades are available for earlier versions so you should be able to
keep up with the most current version all the time. The online help file, tutorial, and
user manual cover almost everything you need to know but Thunderbird Technology also has
direct support available from their website. Overall, a really great addition to any
desktop!
