Even us editorial types can appreciate the greatness with which Total Annihilation was
crafted, making the also great Warcraft series look like a mere child's game.
The ups include exceptional graphics, rich sound, a multitude of maps, missions, and
battle ready units. The hint guide is also a major plus as it always helps the gamer in
his or her quest to "Beat the Game." The few downs includes it taking up over
100MB of hard disk space, the need for a descent video card, and at least a Pentium 133
recommended. So all of those 486 gamers won't be able to have a whole lot of fun with this
one as it will fill your hard drive and the odds are that it will not run on a standard
486 system.
