Download/HomepagePad is a text editor and image viewer. It was designed to replace Windows
Notepad and the image viewer you use. The file types it supports are Ani, Bmp, Gif
(including animated), Ico, Jpg/Jpeg, Wmf, Emf, Bat, Htm, Html, Txt and Rtf. It will open
multiple documents in the same window (has a tab for each document or image up to 2
gigabytes. It has a explorer like file browser, a customizable toolbar, and an easy to use
interface.
Among its many features are the ability to reopen the files that was open when you closed
it, the ability to bookmark frequently used files, the ability to open files on the same
tab, the ability to delete, move, rename or email files, the ability to convert ansi to
ascii, the ability to insert any text before every highlighted line, the ability to find
and replace, the ability to reload documents, drag and drop to IE or word pad, color
coding of html files, the ability to format each tab (open document) with its own font
settings and so on, the ability to display file information and so much more.
This is a great program with a lot of it customizable so you can set it up to suit you. It
has a nice interface and is easy to use. To make things even better this program is free.
