You can create and edit the themes in Windows 95 with this program. Personally I like it because you can arrange and redo the themes you have to where you like them, instead of looking at the same designs everytime... You can make a theme by just point and clicking the little menus on the screen...You select which mouse pointers,backgrounds and what colors certain items shall be and it has a preview area on the menu so you will know what it will look like before you use it...This is a very cool program
