This DOS based game is not recommended for windows, [helpme.file says it
will not run smoothly], but since I hate DOS I had to try it in windows first. Then I went
to DOS, and it only took me 15 minutes to start the game. [Thats just me folks, I
really hate DOS]
I cant say that I saw any difference. When it comes time for the screen to move to
the side cause thats the way youre moving, it was a little jerky, but it was
that way in both DOS and Win 95.
You have to navigate through a boulder field, picking up all the diamonds on the way.
Watch out for falling boulders, and also pick up the diamonds, cause if one of them fall
on you it will kill you just as dead as a boulder. But wait, it aint THAT easy.
There are robbers, and guards; you need to pick up a certain amount of diamonds, [posted
at the bottom of the screen] before the exit turns to green and lets ya out, although you
want as many as you can get for points and free lives. In the moist caves there is a slime
that doesnt hurt you, [well one particular time it can but...] but this slime will
hurt the robbers and guards; and in some cases you need to trap them to continue ahead.
The game is fun, my only complaint is that I think it is a little pricey. All I saw about
registration, was in catalog.exe, and it said that youll get more diamonds, more
robbers, more of everything. However, let me repeat, I only think its a LITTLE
pricey. So, why not download the game and try it for yourself, and see what you think.
