It supports BMP, TIFF, JPEG, and GIF formats, and provides image capture and enhancement features (such as various special effects, borders, color enhancement, screen and scanner capture and more). QV has the look and feel of something you expect to pay for. No, it doesn't support all graphics formats out there, but it well serves everyday needs by supporting the four most widely used file types. If you're expecting a complete graphics editing package, go elsewhere. The feature-set of QV is aimed at organizing what graphics you have, then handling the most typical image enhancements.
