Neo book for Windows is probably one of Neo software's best yet. It
is a multimedia authoring studio. It is fairly easy to use, and probably the best part s
that the user can create his or her own 32 bit Windows Shareware program. Despite the
cost, I found this very interesting since, there are very few programs that let you create
your own software without programming. Over all, I recommend at least a 486DX 66, but It
probably will run on a slower system.
