Last time you asked the boss for a raise, did he laugh you off with a line
of baffle-gab? You can exact a little payback, next time he asks you a simple question,
with Rob's Snappy Answer Generator. Yes, go wild --generate some triturable obfuscation of
your own, with no effort at all!
Rob's Snappy Answer Generator is not what you'd call a serious piece of software -- but
it's a good bit of fun, very much like one of the "buzz phrase calculators" we
used to have posted on the coffee-room bulletin board.
Start with a sentence lead-in such as "We missed that deadline because of..."
and the answer generator will fill in the rest with a list of random
adjectives/verbs/nouns. The result looks impressive and means absolutely nothing.
This comes with two MAG files (special text files) -- one for computer professionals and
the other for management types. Create your own MAG files too, and pass them around the
office. Just open the program viewer, and begin with the default MAG file or open another
of your choice.
I downloaded this program due to non-linear affective budgetary actuality ... or maybe due
to orthagonal random accessibility parameters. Only Rob's Snappy Answer Generator knows
for sure. Download it yourself for a lark. It installs nicely, has a little help file, and
it's free. I don't think can expect much tech support for a simple freeware app like this.
But if you generate a MAG file you think is funny enough to be incorporated into the
program, email the author at rwmech@csi.com & talk
to him about it.
