Maxis calls this game "The Ultimate City Simulator," and I have
to agree. This is by far the best city simulation game, and one of the best simulation
games that I have ever had a chance to play. This game deals with three major building
issues, Zoning, public works, and water. There are 2 power issues, power plants and power
lines. While the game doesn't look very realistic, there are cars moving around, there are
scores of different buildings, and there are several disasters that can take place ranging
from tornadoes to nuclear melt downs. I wish it was cheaper, but I'd say that it is worth
the price for such a great game. It will run on any system 486 or better, but it really
picks up with a pentium. You also will need a fair amount of RAM to really get the game
going. Overall, this is a great game that deals with city building, city management,
politics, and dealing with disaster.
